Our Spouse Programs!

We want to see our Spouses THRIVE!  We recognize that being a military spouse is not easy.  At the very least, it takes personal strength, independence, and confidence to endure the lifestyle.  Most civilians have no idea just how much time these families really do spend apart. Beyond deployments, training assignments are lengthy and frequent. The pressure and responsibility of holding down the family fort while working, compounded by the worry of safety and security, can be daunting.

Our programs, services and educational resources are specifically designed to help our Special Forces Spouses build deep rooted support systems among one another, learn new skills that enrich their family’s life, and perhaps even receive some respite to relieve and ease some of the pressures of military spouse life.

SPOUSAL GRANTS for EDUCATION

The SFCT believes that education and motivation are powerful tools that help to keep a family strong and resilient!  We seek to further empower Special Forces Families by providing educational grants and funding specialized classes.

Examples:

  • Educational Assistance Grants for SF Spouses pursuing further education and career goals

  • Merit-based scholarships for SF children in conjunction with the Special Forces Scholarship Fund

  • Classes, such as Financial Peace University, self-defense, yoga, parenting strategies, and technology
