Separation brings a certain kind of stress to any Family. For a Special Forces Family, that stress is multiplied by the very real risks their Soldiers face in the line of duty. Our “highest priority” is providing the support and assistance that these families need and deserve. The Special Forces Charitable Trust offers effective programs to increase strength and resilience of Special Forces Families before, during and after their soldiers are deployed.
These programs and services include, but are not limited to:
• Tragedy Assistance (transportation, lodging, memorial receptions/mementos not provided by the federal government or other agencies).
• Spouse & Family Assistance (resiliency, communication, and skills training to help Families cope with the every day stresses of military life).
• Family Functions (“fun days” for children and teens, events for single soldiers, awards and recognition events for community volunteers).
